Attention Members: The U.S. Postal Service has temporarily suspended delivery of international mail. If your mailing address is outside of the United States, mailed correspondence from the credit union, including your account statements will be delayed or not delivered. More information here

To activate your Digital Banking experience, call us at 202.212.6400 and get set up with a password today!


1. Visit or open the Digital Banking app and log in to your account using your existing User ID and the password issued to you by Member Relations.


2. Please verify your identity by answering one of your pre-existing security questions. (Don’t worry if you can’t remember the answer – you can click “I don’t know the answers” and follow the prompts.)

3. After you verify your identity, you’ll be asked to setup 5 new security questions and answers to help keep your account secure in our Digital Banking system.

4. Please read and accept our terms and conditions.

5. For additional security, please change your password.

6. Verify Simply review and update your contact information if needed. Don’t forget to add your mobile phone number!

7. Go paperless and enroll in eStatements to receive your account statements electronically if you have not already. eStatements contain the same information and help reduce your carbon footprint.

8. Enjoy our all new Digital Banking!
