Cookies is a term for a packet of data that a computer receives, then sends back without changing or altering it. As an example, when you visit a website, the website sends the cookies to your computer and then your computer stores it back in a file located inside your web browser - this can aid in remembering the page you visited or storing and remembering a username.

BFSFCU primarily uses cookies to optimize the user experience. BFSFCU does not collect, share, or sell personal data through cookies. BFSFCU does not use cookies for marketing purposes.

Though not a requirement, we are presenting this information as a best practice and for transparency with users of the BFSFCU.org site. We encourage you to review the information on our Privacy Statement page and feel free to reach out with any questions at 202-212-6400.
