Schedule an Appointment

If you would like to secure a time to meet with a Member Service Representative or Loan Officer, you may schedule an appointment in the Lending Department or in one of our branches from the available time slots.  Please note that members who do not have a World Bank or IMF issued identification card will need to visit our IMF/IFC locations and provide proof of membership to gain access to our branches. (Acceptable proof of membership includes BFSFCU-issued debit or credit cards issues in the member’s name, checks or BFSFCU membership cards).*

 *BFSFCU ATMs and branch lobbies at the MC, IMF and IFC are currently closed to members due to restricted access at sponsor group facilities.

If you require in-person services, our office at 1725 I Street NW is open for limited transactions by appointment only from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday. ***
